Real-Estate

We will be offering 2 tracts of premium Monroe County pastureland at live auction.

 Tract 1 is a beautiful 60+/- acre majority pasture tract with plenty of timber and a large pond at the front of the property & a smaller pond in the middle, great for livestock and offers a beautiful view for multiple home sites. The back of this tract drops off into the Reese Fork creek bottom. The pasture has been fertilized and well maintained for many years and is in great shape. Most of this tract has border and cross fencing, but additional perimeter fencing will be needed for the division on the east side of this tract. The fence cost will be split 50/50 between buyer & seller.

Tract 2 is a secluded square 40+/- tract at the end of CR 1022. This parcel has complete perimeter fencing as well as a single cross fence and a good stock pond. This tract also offers great home sites and abundant hunting.
