 Payment and pick-up are available Monday THROUGH Friday, 8:30-4:00, the week of the auction, unless other arrangements are made in advance. 

Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Wire Transfers are accepted 

A 3% convenience fee will be applied for using a card, which will be reflected on your invoice.  

 
THE FINAL DEADLINE for payment is Friday, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, at NOON. YOUR CARD WILL BE RUN, AND IF DECLINED, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED, AND ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED. A check may be mailed to PO Box 101, Chillicothe, MO 64601, or dropped off. 

This auction features MAXIMUM BIDDING. A MAX BID is THE maximum amount that you are willing to pay for an item. When you place a MAX BID on an item, the current price does not automatically go to your MAX BID. If another bidder bids on the item, the amount will increase, and the computer will automatically bid up to your maximum in the specified increments. If you enter MAX BID and someone else has already entered an equal or higher bid, a notification will let you know that you are not the high bidder 

If you do not have access to the internet before or during the auction, we HIGHLY recommend using MAX BIDS when bidding. 

A 10% Buyer's premium WILL BE added to all winning bids ($1,000 MAX). Example 1: If you are the winning bidder of an item for $100, you will pay $110. Example 2: If you are the winning bidder of an item for $50,000, you will pay $51,000. 

GUNS/AMMUNITION 

Pick-up information: WINNING BIDDERS MUST CONTACT THE LISTING REP TO MAKE PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO GUNS will be kept at the office, 801 S Washington Street, Chillicothe, MO 64601 

Gun purchasing requirements: All FFL rules will be followed. You must be 18 years or older to purchase long guns or ammunition for long guns. You must be 21 years or older to buy a gun and ammunition. You must be a Missouri resident with no felony convictions. ALL winning bidders must sign a document agreeing that they meet the requirements.

Loading assistance is available Monday THROUGH Friday, 8:30-4:00, or by appointment, THE WEEK OF THE AUCTION. 

PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING ASSISTANCE IF YOU CANNOT LOAD YOUR ITEM(S) DURING THE DESIGNATED TIMES.
