6. Are titles available for the vehicles and trailers?
Yes. Titles are available for the titled vehicles and trailers as noted in the catalog descriptions. Please allow 30 days for title delivery from the Bankruptcy Court Trustee.

7. Is there a buyer’s premium?
Yes. A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases. Please review the auction terms and conditions for complete details.

8. When does the auction close?
The auction closing date is June 10th starting at 7:07 PM. This is an extend all auction. If one lot extends the timer because of a bid then all lots will be extended. Be sure to place bids early and monitor the auction as it closes.

9. When and where is pickup?
Load out will be on Friday from 10 am to 2 pm by appointment only.

10. What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are outlined in the auction terms and conditions and may include cash, wire transfer, or cashier’s check. Credit card payments are limited for this auction.

11. Are the items sold as-is?
Yes. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

12. How do I know if I am the winning bidder?
Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice after the auction closes. You can also monitor your bidding status through your online account.

EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Wednesday, June 10th. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will send out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction. LOAD OUT: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY Winning Bidders may pick their items up at 204 E North Street; Fontana, KS 66026 by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held Friday, June 12th from 10 AM to 2 PM by scheduled appointment for all other winners only see calendar after auction for appointment times. Any items left after the specified load-out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load-out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
